This policy explains what information Evolvora Technologies ("we") collects through this website, evolvoratech.com, and what we do with it. It does not cover Evolvora Campus or SilaaiMarkaz, which have their own terms for the data schools, parents, customers and tailors store in them.

Who we are

Evolvora Technologies is a software company based in Lahore, Pakistan, working as a remote team. You can contact us about privacy at contact@evolvoratech.com or on +92 314 0163628.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, organisation, approximate number of students and your message.
  • Careers form: the position, your name, email, phone, city, years of experience, any profile link you give, your CV and your message.
  • Emails and calls: whatever you choose to send us.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this website does not track you across other sites.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or discovery call, and send a quote you asked for.
  • To assess job applications and contact candidates.
  • To keep records of our conversations with clients.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who processes it

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions, including uploaded CVs, on our behalf. Submissions are then emailed to our team. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: for as long as we are in contact with you, and then as long as reasonably needed for our records.
  • Job applications: until the hiring decision, and for up to 6 months afterwards in case a similar role opens. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Preferences stored in your browser

The site remembers two choices in your browser's local storage: light or dark theme, and whether prices are shown in rupees or dollars. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and you can clear them in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@evolvoratech.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
